How do I create an account?

Visit our Pricing page and select a plan. Complete the checkout process to create your account instantly.

How do I log in?

Click the Login button in the top navigation. Enter your registered email and password.

I forgot my password

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.


Account Management

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select “Change Password”.

How do I update my email address?

Log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and select “Edit Profile”.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through the Subscription Management Portal.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Visit the Subscription Management Portal to change your plan.


Billing

When am I charged?

You are charged on the same date each month as your original subscription date.

How do I update my payment method?

Visit the Subscription Management Portal to update your payment details.

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in the Subscription Management Portal.

Need to make a one-time payment?

Use our Card Payment page to pay a custom amount.
